Ginimbi Can Now Rest in Perfect Peace – Genius ‘Ginimbi’ Kadungure can finally rest in perfect peace after state prosecutors withdrew fraudulent charges against him.

He had serious charges against him before the law court until his untimely death in a road accident some few weeks ago.

His charges were based on his alleged understating of costs on some luxurious vehicles he bought so as to pay low import duties on them. These charges included forgery of documents on the Rolls Royce Wraith he lost his life in.

These charges were dropped after his lawyer sent to the law court his death certificate to State Prosecutor, Mr Taddy Kamuriwo. Magistrate Trynos Utahwashe was there to witness the proceedings.

Ginimbi lost his young life in one bad road accident when his Rolls Royce Wraith had a head-on collision with a Ford Focus vehicle in a night out with three friends – Two ladies and a man. Unlike him who was able to be rescued from the vehicle before he died. His friends got burnt in this vehicular accident beyond recognition. He can now rest in perfect peace as he has been acquitted in the eyes of men.
