Because he is no longer interested in the heavenly race, a Nigerian man has requested that his church return all of the money he has paid as tithe over the years.

The man, a member of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, revealed in an online video that for many years, his pastor persuaded him to make investments in God’s kingdom by using Matthew chapter 6 VS 19.
The verse reads: “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
“But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.
“For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”

The angry man continued by demanding that the church give him his money back because he did not want to starve to death on Earth and had to pay his staff.
