10 Things All Women Do When They Are Cheating – We have been conditioned and programmed to believe that men cheat most however the gap is fast closing. More and more women are stepping out of their marriages and partners for reasons best known to them.
While it may difficult to find out exactly when a woman is cheating, there are certain behaviors she will display that can give her away.
To identify whether she is cheating, below are signs you need to watch out for.
#1. She nags a lot
Granted women can nag and that is nothing unusual. But what you need to watch is her constant nagging. She will nag about everything from the smallest to the biggest issues. If this is happening it could indicative of trouble. She will begin to magnify her partner’s imperfections and if she is smitten by the other man she will use that as an excuse to break up.

#2. The ‘We’re just friends‘ line
This is a classic explanation women used when asked about the other man. If you ask her, pay attention to how acts and answers. If she’s uneasy and refuses to give you eye contact and divulge more, chances are she is seeing him.
#3. They “forgot” to mention a night out.
People who are cheating “tend to engage in sins of omission. “They operate on a ‘need to know’ basis, which is not healthy for a relationship.” Although neglecting to mention that time they grabbed drinks with co-workers could be completely innocuous—maybe happy hour just wasn’t that memorable—if the behavior persists, it could reflect general dishonesty, Klow says.
#4. The phone goes everywhere with them—even the bathroom.
First, a caveat: Some people are seriously hooked on their phones and tote them along out of habit, or boredom—that doesn’t mean they’re cheating, Klow says. The issue arises if this is suddenly a new thing for your partner. That’s definitely more concerning, according to Durvasula.
“They know that messages from the other person can come at any time,” she says, so if they’ve always relied on the bathroom stash of magazines to get them through their quiet time, and suddenly they’re relying on their phone, it might be worth keeping an eye on.
#5. They are constantly texting.
Again, a change in behavior is key here. “Our minds are wired to look for inconsistencies—it helps protect us from something unexpected happening,” Klow says. “If your partner’s actions start changing, then it might be a sign of infidelity.” It could also be that their friends are having a tough time, or they’re wrapped up in work. But if it feels off to you, ask what’s going on, Klow says. The way they respond can be telling.
#6. She’s distracted
Women are naturally great listeners and attentive creatures. If you notice she is losing interest and barely pays attention to what you’re saying, that means something else is playing on their minds. If she is serious about the other man, chances are her mind is occupied with ways she can leave you.
#7.Backs out of confrontations
When asked directly by her significant other whether she is cheating or not, chances are she will not admit and try everything possible to avoid confrontation. She will remain silent, leave the conversation hanging or turn it around on you.
#8. Loses interest in physical intimacy
No matter how good she was getting it, she will lose interest in having sex if there is another man in her life. In most instances, this could the reason why she will pull away, act cold and distant. Kisses are quick and hugs are short could be a sign she is not interested in intimacy. Reason being she could be getting it elsewhere.
#9. They stop filling you in on the details all together.
Regularly hearing that their day was “fine” when you used to get into the minutia is enough to raise an eyebrow. With cheaters, “the most interesting aspects of their day may relate to their new flirtation,”. “This can be more devastating than sexual infidelity as it implies the intimacy of day-to-day life is now being shared with someone new.” Klow also calls it “a concern” since “having an open exchange of information helps people feel more secure in their relationships.”
#10. They’re always on social media.
This is most notable when they regularly like people’s posts that you’ve never heard of. “Talk with your partner about the other people you each interact with. “Knowing this can help build a stronger sense of security.”
